PCLS Guarantee
PCLS is committed to your success. We stand behind our programs and guarantee that if you meet the course completion requirements you will pass your exam. If you don’t pass, you can retake the course for free within one year of the date you purchased the original course. For more specific terms and conditions, please see our Enrollment Agreement. This guarantee does not cover our In-Class Law Lectures unless specified in writing.
Eligibility for the guarantee requires that students complete the following:
- Attend all required classes and complete all required tests and required homework as outlined in the student syllabus before your program ends.
- Complete all quizzes and finals with passing scores of 90% or better.
- Submit a printout of previous test scores from PCLS’s test program with scores of 90% or better.
- Submit a copy of your actual exam result letter from the state board (CSLB).
The free-repeat program must prepare you for a test date within the next three months or the next available test date.
Annual Updates
Construction is an evolving industry. Legal requirements, safety procedures, and industry standards are regularly amended to meet the changing needs of the market. As a result, reading materials are annually reviewed by our editors for accuracy and consistency. Review questions and final exams are also regularly updated to reflect changes in exams administered by the CSLB.

We provide comprehensive test preparation for the Contractors State License Board’s (CSLB) standardized examinations, as well as construction management and business consulting for contractors, engineers, and all professionals in the construction industry.
